In our fourth and final Technique Boutique session of 2022, hosted by the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais, Palmetto, and Halifax Chapters, we will explore Benefits Mapping.

Benefits mapping is a great technique to help your organization and stakeholders connect the dots between strategy and execution. As a BA, you are perfectly positioned to guide this process and leverage benefits mapping for a successful outcome.

• about different types of benefits maps;
