Process maps are one of the quickest ways to show the big picture in an organization’s workflow while clearly identifying the gaps and changes required. Some professionals, however, feel overwhelmed when asked to create one or think it will take too long. This talk will walk you through a relatable case study while explaining the concepts of process mapping. It will also highlight common errors made and how to avoid them.
