Dave Davis is a seasoned project leader and business analyst known for integrating AI literacy and data-driven capabilities into modern project practices. As co-chair of the PMI Business Analyst Practice Guide and a PMI thought leader, Dave promotes the skills and competencies needed for today’s adaptive teams.
He has held diverse roles, such as PMO Director, Change Manager, SCRUM Master, and Product Owner, leading initiatives across various industries, including major healthcare systems. Dave has applied AI-centric resource capacity management to improve planning and performance while advancing enterprise agility through multiple Hybrid frameworks.
Currently a Resource Capacity Manager at Cincinnati Children’s Health, Dave drives change management for the organization to adopt data-driven investment decisions. He also serves as VP of Outreach for the Dayton Miami Valley PMI Chapter, and is part of the PMI PMO Global Alliance Strategic Vision Team, helping shape the future of AI-enabled project leadership.
