Vice President of Technology
I am currently a Business Analyst with EDENS in Columbia, SC. After launching a new intranet and enterprise content management platform, I continue to support application enhancements and upgrades along with other business process improvement initiatives. I relocated to South Carolina from Grand Rapids, MI where I pursued a career in ecommerce and software implementation with a regional coffee roasting company. Projects included accounting platform development and migration, retail point-of-sale system, and a ground-up ecommerce platform. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Computer Science programming certificate from Frostburg State University located in western Maryland, and recently earned a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation in 2019. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and attending sporting events.

Olivia has more than 15 years of information technology experience. During that time, she worked for software, telecommunications, training services, and non-profit companies providing business analysis, project management, operations, and training support. She has a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, and she is currently pursuing an MBA at Western Governor's University. Olivia is certified through IIBA as an AAC and an ECBA, and through PMI as a CAPM. She also holds information technology certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and Scrum.org. As a result of being a primary caregiver to ill family members for many years, Olivia became interested in learning about the connection between nutrition and chronic disease. That interest led her to complete a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through Cornell University. In her free time, Olivia enjoys sharing what she has learned about nutrition with others, volunteering with a local animal shelter, singing in her church choir, and exercising.
