With so many options, decisions, and paths to follow in our organizations, how do we know which is the right one? And what does "right" even mean? SWOT are we to do?! (And yes, you read that correctly.) The SWOT analysis tool is highly effective in guiding our organizations (and us) towards advantageous paths, and away from danger. It can be used to assess internal and external factors, so that we can make our best decisions for the context in which we find ourselves. In this techniques session, we'll explore the SWOT Analysis tool, and how it can be applied for better decision making.
