On May 14, 2019, we held our second co-located Chapter Meeting in Charleston and Columbia!  During this meeting, Rich Larson spoke on the subject of 5 Proven Techniques for Understanding Business Needs.  We definitely walked away from this presentation with some valuable tools to add to our ‘BA Tool Kit’ for understanding the importance of ‘Needs’. Both locations were able to experience the message Rich delivered that night, and the meeting brought together 18 attendees of which 5 became New Palmetto Chapter Members!
