A Very Warm and belated Welcome Palmetto Members and Guests to the Second Quarter of 2022! 

While we continue to embrace our new normal of totally virtual programming since the pandemic, our Chapter remains strong and thriving. With the onset of Harmonization last year where global Success Factors were established for all chartered chapters, Palmetto proved to already be completely aligned - which confirms that our attention to governance in the formative years was the right focus for sustainability.  Our Leadership Team has been working very hard to provide outstanding professional development opportunities, as well as partnering with many of our sister chapters to extend the networking reach outside of South Carolina - and what a wonderful experience it's been getting to know our fellow BA's across the globe!  There are currently no plans for in-person events, but we are hopeful for a social gathering in November to celebrate our Chapter's 5 Year Anniversary.  The virtual monthly Chapter Meeting cadence is the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm, but be sure to check out our Monthly Newsletter for the exact dates, as well as our Study Groups and other professional development offerings.

The 2022 Board of Director Elections is fast approaching and we are excited to open up the Call For Nominations, where we are looking forward to expanding our Chapter Leadership Team.  I believe that Many Hands Make Lighter Work and there are many levels of volunteer opportunities that will not only help to lighten our load, but can provide you with ways to learn and grow your professional and leadership skills.  Please visit our website here for more information and we invite you to consider the Call For Nominations opportunities shown below. 

As the outgoing President, I am proud to have been given the opportunity to serve the Palmetto Chapter since it was chartered on November 3, 2017.  It has been my great honor and pleasure to work alongside such an awesome group of people who share my passion for Business Analysis.  This has been an extremely rewarding experience where I have learned so much about myself as an individual, and who I am as a leader.  I highly recommend tapping into the Leader in You and I look forward to passing the proverbial baton on July 1, 2022.
